This Privacy Policy explains how EZRAAG LLC ("EZRAAG," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and discloses information in connection with this website and when you contact us to request a presentation or information (together, the "Site"). EZRAAG is a California-based insurance brokerage led by Ezra A. Gonzalez (California insurance license #4366085). The Site is intended for businesses and professionals in the United States.
This Site does not collect health information.
This is an informational and marketing website — not a health plan, an insurance application, or a medical portal. Please do not submit protected health information (PHI), medical records, Social Security numbers, insurance ID numbers, or other sensitive personal information through the Site. We neither request nor need such information to respond to an inquiry, and the Site is not designed to receive it.

Information you provide to us
When you complete our request form or otherwise contact us, we collect the information you choose to give us: your name, work email address, company or organization name, approximate number of employees, your role or relationship to the inquiry (for example, employer or insurance broker), the type of information or meeting you are requesting, and any message you include.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our analytics and advertising providers automatically collect certain technical and usage information through cookies and similar technologies, including your IP address, device and browser type, operating system, the pages you view, the links you click, referring and exit pages, and the dates and times of your visits. Information we do not collect

- Business transfers. If EZRAAG is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
- With your direction. We disclose information when you ask us to or otherwise consent.
A note on "sharing" under California law
Our use of analytics and advertising cookies — particularly the Meta Pixel — may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising under the California Consumer Privacy Act, even though no money changes hands. We will verify your request using information reasonably necessary to confirm your identity and respond within the timeframes required by law (generally within 45 days). You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf, and we may require proof of authorization. Shine the Light
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about a business's disclosure of personal information to third parties for those third parties' own direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their own direct marketing.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy — including to respond to your inquiry, maintain business and financial records, and comply with our legal obligations — after which we delete or de-identify it. Aggregated or de-identified data may be retained for longer.
7. Security
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect. However, no website, internet transmission, or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children's Privacy
The Site is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age, and we do not sell or share the personal information of consumers we know to be under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it.
